    Please read these terms carefully before using PIBP. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
  

1. The Service

PIBP ("Personal Intelligence Briefing Platform", "we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered podcast generation service operated by its owners. The service generates audio briefings based on topics and sources you configure ("Pipelines"). PIBP is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You may not share your account with others or use the service in a way that allows multiple people to benefit from a single subscription.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use PIBP.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

PIBP operates on a subscription model with monthly billing. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of a subscription period, except where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before a price change takes effect.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PIBP to:

Generate content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive
Generate content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party
Attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or access controls
Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the service or its outputs to third parties without our written consent
Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models or systems
Use automated tools to create multiple accounts or abuse free trial provisions

5. AI-Generated Content

PIBP uses artificial intelligence to generate audio briefings. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information
Generated briefings are not a substitute for professional advice (financial, legal, medical, or otherwise)
You should independently verify any information before acting on it
The quality and accuracy of output depends in part on the sources and configuration you provide

PIBP makes no warranty that generated content is accurate, complete, or current. We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated briefings.

6. Content Ownership

    You do not own the generated audio content. All audio episodes, scripts, and generated outputs produced by PIBP remain the property of PIBP and its operators. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and listen to content generated for your account during your active subscription.
  

We reserve the right to delete, modify, or remove generated content at any time, including on account termination or service discontinuation. You have no claim against us for content that is lost, deleted, or becomes unavailable for any reason, including accidental deletion, technical failure, or service changes.

You retain ownership of the topic descriptions, configurations, and other input data you provide to the service ("Your Input"). By submitting Your Input, you grant PIBP a non-exclusive licence to use it solely for the purpose of generating your briefings.

7. Third-Party Sources and Content

PIBP aggregates and summarises publicly available information from third-party sources. We do not claim ownership of source material and our summaries constitute transformative commentary. However, we make no guarantee regarding the accuracy, legality, or availability of third-party sources.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content complies with applicable copyright and intellectual property laws in your jurisdiction.

8. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime or interruption.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

9. Privacy

We collect and process information about you as described in our Privacy Policy. By using PIBP, you consent to this processing. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PIBP and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

Loss of data or generated content
Loss of profits or business opportunity
Decisions made in reliance on AI-generated briefings
Interruption or unavailability of the service

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PIBP and its operators from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the service and all generated content ceases. We are not obligated to retain or provide copies of your data or generated content after termination.

13. Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the service, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction and without compensation to you. We will never use feedback content as instructions or to trigger automated actions — it is reviewed by our team manually.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
